At Lenacore Digital LLC, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data by any of the following methods:

• Send an email to privacy@lenacore.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
• Use the contact form on our Contact page and select "Privacy Request" as the subject.
• Write to us at: Lenacore Digital LLC, 1000 Main St, Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77002.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following data:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Uploaded videos and associated metadata
• Viewing history, comments, and interactions
• Personal information provided during registration
• Communication records with our support team

Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal compliance. Any retained data will be anonymized or pseudonymized where possible.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Third-Party Data

If you connected your account to third-party services (such as social media platforms), you may need to revoke access separately through those services. Deleting your Lenacore Digital account does not automatically remove data held by third parties.
